The space

The custom home was built in 2020 and features modern amenities such as radiant heated floors and a cozy fireplace centered in the open floor plan. The living room is complete with a 65″ TV to keep ” the great indoorsman” current on your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal and a quick breakfast. The master suite offers a memory foam king size bed that’s hard to get out of in the mornings while you’re looking at the incredible views. A sitting area is the perfect spot for morning coffee or a good read. The main guest room also features a memory foam king size bed with a small seating area in a warm, soft space. The second guest room is outfitted with a twin size window seat and a full size Murphy bed leaving room for a work space desk. Outdoor spaces include a fire pit and an outdoor dinning area. Guests are welcome to explore the whole property. The 20 acres are mainly open prairie.

Guest access

Parking is available in front of the home with an additional entrance into the mudroom on the side of the home with smart locks preprogrammed for each guest make contactless access easy and painless. Note: The dirt road leading into the property is bumpy. While any vehicle can make it to the home an SUV is recommended and much more comfortable. During the winter months snow is a guarantee and 4wd is mandatory.

Other things to note

The Properties sit on 20 acres of open prairie near the end of a 3-mile dirt road (SUV suggested but not required); 10-15 minute drive. The property, like many, in the area was originally deeded to the Northern Pacific Railroad whom built the first rail connection to Yellowstone in the 1800’s. The railroad largely followed the Yellowstone River, and you can still see some remnants of it as you drive from our place down HWY 89. Prior to the Westerners arriving, the Valley was home to Crow Native Americans who hunted the valleys abundant wildlife. Today, Paradise Valley is one of the 5 gateways into Yellowstone, and is home to ranchers, celebrities, and people seeking the restorative peace and quiet of rural life surrounded by mountains. As mentioned, Yellowstone is a short 45 min drive, Livingston a short 20 min drive, and the infamous Pioneer Saloon 15 min drive. Our property lines aren’t always clearly identifiable. When you arrive there is an overview of where the property starts and ends. You are free to walk around and explore any area of our property while you are here. There is a shared fire pit and grilling area. Our neighbors are quite friendly but we try our best to stay on our own property while walking around.
